Pre-Payment is required with registration (non- refundable).
- All visits must be performed during the period of the subscription and cannot be extended beyond this period.
- The Registration Gifts (50% Discount Vouchers & Free Gift Vouchers) and the 10% Discount benefits apply for the duration of the
subscription and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
The number of the 50% Discount Vouchers & the number of the Free Gift Vouchers, is equal to the number of monthly
subscriptions purchased. (For example: When client subscribes to a 3-month membership for package 1, the client is entitled to
three, 50% Discount Vouchers, etc.). - Spa clients purchasing Facial & Body Spa treatments, are entitled to free use of the Spa Wet/Thermal area (Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna
& Hamam) facilities. - The Gym facilities are attended by a qualified Gym instructor, during the Spa operating hours.
- Members are obliged to follow the instructions given by the Spa personnel and to comply with the center’s rules & regulations.
- We reserve the right to amend, or cancel any offers as appropriate, without prior notice.
- Access & use of all Spa & Gym facilities is restricted to individuals age 16 and older.
- Limitation of Liability:
The Oasis Aqua Spa by Repechage, Gym & Pool (the Center), shall not be liable for bodily, or other harm that the Client may sustain, as a result
of the treatments, use of the SPA facilities & Gym equipment, either during the period the Client visits the Centre, or thereafter subsequently,
unless the bodily, or other harm was caused to the Client, as a result of a negligent act, or default of the Centre, its employees and associates.
Provided that the display of the Regulations on notice Boards within the Centre and/or the notification of the Regulations to the client, shall be
deemed as an irrefutable presumption, that the Client is aware of the Regulations and commits to fully and continuously comply with the
Regulations.
