TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The number of Spa Memberships are limited to preserve client comfort. A waiting list is kept at all times.
  • Bookings for use of the Gym, Spa facilities & Personal training are subject to availability. Pre-booking is
    recommended at least 1 day in advance. Cancellations are allowed, if the center is notified at least 1 day
    before the booking, otherwise, a 50% charge will apply for late notifications, or 100% for no shows.
  • All visits must be performed during the period of the subscription and cannot be extended beyond this
    period.
  • The Registration Gifts (50% Discount Vouchers & Free Gift Vouchers) and the 10% Discount benefits apply
    for the duration of the subscription and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
  • The number of the 50% Discount Vouchers & the number of the Free Gift Vouchers, is equal to the number
    of monthly subscriptions purchased. (For example: When client subscribes to a 3-month membership for
    package 1, the client is entitled to three, 50% Discount Vouchers, etc.)
  • East Tower Residents, are entitled to free use of the Gym facilities.
  • Clients purchasing treatments, are entitled to the free use of Sauna & Hamam.
  • The Gym facilities are attended by a qualified Gym instructor during the Spa operating hours.
  • We reserve the right to amend, or cancel any offers as appropriate, without prior notice.
  • Access & use of all Spa & Gym facilities is restricted to individuals age 16 and older.
  • The outdoor pool & pool bar is opened during summer season only and separate rates & terms will apply.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
  • The Marina Spa by Repêchage®, Gym & Pool, shall not be liable for bodily, or other harm that the Client may
    sustain, as a result of the treatments, use of the SPA facilities, unless the bodily, or other harm was caused
    to the Client, as a result of a negligent act, or default of the Centre.
  • Provided that the display of the Regulations on notice Boards within the Centre and/or the notification of
    the Regulations to the client, shall be deemed as an irrefutable presumption, that the Client is aware of the
    Regulations and commits to fully and continuously comply with the Regulations.

    To ensure the privacy and data protection of our valued members and guests, The Marina Spa by
    Repêchage®, Gym & Pool, strictly adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Policy of
    The Marina Spa by Repêchage® regarding personal data processing and protection is displayed at the
    center in accordance with applicable legislation.
